hehehez here to update abt lots of stuffs manz...
let's start off wif so-called tis yr's my big spiritual family cluster camp.
tis yr is onli for youth aged fr 13 to 21 yrs old onli.
it lasted for 3 days, 8th june til 10th june.
tis camp is called "Superstar training academy".
it's being held at temasek sec.

DAY 1
it was a normal sch day for me.
i cancelled my tuition for my student
cos i knew i'd b already late for the camp.
rushed hm fr sch n packed all my 'goodies' into my backpack.
squeezing all of them into tt big bag.
took me lots of strength n time to do it.
met dee at yishun n had a quick bite for dinner
before goin to yck to take bus directly to the campsite.
the bus driver didn't know where it was
n i took time to find out abt the actual venue.
we boarded the bus n travelled for more than 2 hrs?!
i was worried tt we might hav missed the stop
so i decided to ask Holy Spirit to guide us.
at tt time, onli 2 passengers were on the bus.
mi n dee! LOLz~
n i took the step of faith.
i jus sensed tt the next stop was goin to b the destination
n den, dee saw the sch.
it's realli the Holy Spirit guiding us there safely.
Thank God!
we were late by more than 1 hr.
we found our camp grp.
GROUP 11 led by liang ming n jacob.
jacob is daniel n minlong's cg bro.
knew him long ago but he totally forgot abt me.
summore, we r fr same tribe under pastors roland n lai fun.
very stunned indeed.
den we intro one another in the canteen.
got to know the rest of the teammates.
got audrey (looks lots like her pastor, ps. evelyn),
joelle, vanessa, kwai hoong, tiff (my cg sis), chang yi n ben.
tis camp was quite special as tis yr, the participants were very young
n we inivted some of our non-believer friends
who r keen to know more abt us n God.
dee is one of those who came to check it out.
the guys were very few.
showed one thing... my cluster guys r all 'old' in age.
young ones r realli very young...sec sch kids.
oops i wonder will my husband fr my own tribe?
hope nt, i dun wan older ones or younger ones.
we started tis camp by playing scissors, paper, stone.
those who lost wld b pasted a sticker dot on his/her face.
i managed to finish pasting all my stickers on others' faces very fast.
hahahz~
den we had worship session, followed by games.
we went to many different stations for games.
teams competed against teams.
we played balloon color game
(raising our limbs once the color of our balloons were called out),
acting game (teammates acted n we had to guess the characters or song titles),
artistic make-over (given a theme n had to 'dress-up' teammates wif hair gel n face paints)
and lastly, proj runway
(to design a pregnancy outfit for ps. laifun, models r our own female mentors).
every game was quite fun.
my grp was very good as in we took part n nv complain.
all of us had a chance in participating in each section.
audrey, chang yi, ben n me were asked to b models for the artistic make-over.
my personal hairstylist was tiff.
she super pro lah...used so much hair gel on my hair.
it's damn itchy for my scalp.
as for dee, she became my face painter...
hahahz our grp theme was tornado.
we realli messed ourselves up.
i even sacrificed my limbs by applying the paints all over myself.
we took lots of pics but they're all in others' cameras
so i doubt i can hav them.
a bit wasted cos i realli wan to keep them for memories.
we had supper n i went to bathe for almost 2 hrs?
jus to wash off all the paint n hair gel.
i was the last one in bathrm...scary when the lightbulb jus on n off by itself.
but i wasn't realli scare cos i knew God's wif me.
o manz...i was tired n went to zzz.
tink i was the last one to enter the classrm to zzz
even though there were many guys still nt aslp dwstairs.
tt's the first night of the camp~

DAY 2
woke up n we had morning exercises.
oso learnt dancing for 'tell the world' by hillsongs.
the dance steps were making me n dee dizzy.
had to keep turning here n there.
i nearly felt like vomitting.
den we had bee hoon for breakfast.
after tt, we had worship session n preaching session fr ps. roland.
he preached abt the search of ppl on is world n he prayed for us.
the truth i received fr God is that God wants me to be His child
and stay intimately connected wif Him.
den we went for lunch, ate chic rice.
next we had outdoor challenge, amazing race!
it's definitely a hot day!
yuhan fr my team jus arrived to join us.
jacob treated us bubble teas during halfway.
i was insensitive n caused a misunderstanding to occur.
dee n vanessa knew abt it.
liang ming bought us lollipops.
i enjoyed the sec last station which was to count lots of beans.
i tink we counted more than 1000+ of small beans.
even though my team was splited into 2 teams for amazing race,
we were still united n helped each other out.
i helped dee's grp to do their counting.
we finished off as the last sec grp.
didn't win but we enjoyed ourselves to the fullest
n we built up lots of unity n patience!
reached back to campsite n bathed.
dee waited for me durin bathing time.
so touched sia.
den we went for our buffet dinner.
everyone was dressed up.
melvin played the london bridge song during dinner
n sum of us shouted at him to change it
cos it's really very unedifying.
lyrics were full of 'shit' words when we were placing food into our mouths.
jialing fr my team jus arrived to the camp as she was nt feeling well.
den our hoong was asked to represent our team in the dancing competition.
we acted as her fan si = fans!
kept shouting n cheering for her.
we even came up wif a clapping cheer!
we didn't win
but i'm proud of hoong who's so courageous to b dancing out there for us!
next, we had worship in the dark.
sam n charissa were dancing on stage.
yiliang shared his testimony wif us.
n we had a preaching session from ps. roland again.
He preached on 1 Tim 4:12-14.
God wants us to enjoy our youth,
He wants to encourage us n empower us as well.
Then, ps. roland asked leaders to pray for us.
almost everyone was slained by Holy Spirit.
as for my case, it's very 'hilarious'.
the female leader (whom i didn't c her face as i was closing my eyes to pray)
who came to me n pushed me down to the floor
without praying for me.
den she placed her hands on my head n asked God to reveal Himself to me.
she walked away after it.
i was full of stunness n didn't know wad to do.
so i decided to remain in tt state of laying on the ground n praying for myself.
well, i kept seeing pastor caesar's church in bogota gathering at the stadium.
i tink one day, s'pore will hav such a big n wonderful stadium for God's ppl to gather too!
den the Holy Spirit showed me 2 words for my task.
'Healing Evangelist'!
hahaz i dun realli get it but ever since i heard Landa cope's sermon few weeks back,
i responded to the altar call n asked God for open doors to serve Him
in areas of music n healthcare
as i hav passion in music n taking care of the sick since i was very young.
i dun rmb much things of those when i was young
but i know very clearly wad my dreams r since young.
thank God for showing me tis
n i believe He'll open the doors as long as i ask for them.
i found out the cause of the misunderstanding tt happened earlier on
n i apologised for it.
didn't know abt it n was feeling bad for all the troubles i'd caused.
we den had ice-cream for supper n sharing session wif our teammates.
jacob was 'nagging' for very long n hahaz i saw hoong was dozing off.
vanessa, dee n me were staring at the stars.
they were numerous at tt campsite.
reali beautiful.
gazing at them prevented me fr dozing off n luffing at sth...
so bad of us 3!
it's a secret nt to b said out n i tink we needed to ask for forgiveness fr God.
we went to bed after tt.

DAY 3
woke up n had oily breakfast.
you tiao, ju kwey n hot soy bean milk.
sang tou jian you tiao by lin jun jie
cos was reminded by the breakfast.
lolz~
den we cleared up the campsite.
my team was assigned to washing male bathrm.
it's damn smelly.
vanessa was a perfectionist in cleaning.
she spent lots of time cleaning the toilet alone.
i did helped onli a bit by picking up litters n mopping the floor.
den we had worship again and preaching session fr ps. laifun.
she preached on being superstar in family.
for any relationship to work, we need to trust God,
one another in spiritual n physical families and ourselves.
we oso need to make room for one another n community in our hearts.
den all of us in the camp took a pic tgt
n each of us received a photo taken wif our own team
tt came wif our mentors' handwritten notes.
awwww so sweeettttt!!
we took our packaged lunchboxes n went to expo to eat.
after eating, we went for service before goin hm.
wad a great camp!!!
i miss my teammates, esp audrey n hoong! =D
